A local theater group heads to a secluded country estate to shoot publicity photos for their upcoming production of Little Shop of Horrors. But when a sudden rainstorm rolls in, the cast and crew are forced to take shelter inside the manor.

They soon discover they're not alone.

Inside, a wild and raucous party is already underway, led by the eccentric twin scientists Curry and Cox N. Furter. But the evening takes a sinister turn when their director and photographer, Rogaire Corperson, is found dead at the bottom of the elevator shaft.
